VALUE ADDED STATEMENT

The value added statement reflects the wealth that the Group and the Company has been able to create through its agricultural, manufacturing and commercial operations, and its subsequent distribution and reinvestment in the business.During the period under review, K3 039 million (2024: K3 274 million) was created. Of this amount, K1 443 million (2024: K1 095 million) was distributed to employees, providers of capital and to government.

Of the wealth created, 34% (2024: 21%) was paid to employees. The balance of the wealth created was retained and reinvested in the business towards ongoing working capital requirements.
